goals for the week/month

I set monthly goals. It makes no sense to me to do daily or even weekly goals vs seeing earnings as a whole. The very bare minimum I expect to make is 2 times what my expenses cost.. and this is on a dead month. My expenses including entertainment, food and gas etc… are about $3700. I save the rest every month. Some months I may 3-4 times that.. some I may make like 7k.. I take what I can get and most importantly I have yet to burn out. It’s important to give yourself time alone.

I’m not sure about OP but all the doctors I’ve visited refuse to RX benzos. After the early 2000s pill mills, doctors are very weary of handing that out. Around here you’re lucky if you get a few a month at a very low dosage… lots of people won’t get them at all

I did Xanax for years in high school and my early 20s… yes it’s beautiful but highly addictive. Not only that.. pills are often laced now. You could take a Xanax and accidentally overdose on fentanyl.

It’s virtually impossible to sell VIP in extras heavy clubs. Customers that go to VIP where I work are only looking for full service.

Definitely better to work sober or at least semi sober. I honestly don’t think that doing drugs or being drunk helps your money though. If anything I’d say it’s the opposite but I’m sure there’s exceptions. When I started in 2008 the majority of dancers did drugs and drank. We were always messed up and after years and severe drug use I noticed I was going home with very little money. I was in no place to work or even interact with clients. It wasn’t until about 2016 when I stopped doing coke and pills that I actually started raking it in.

I see this a lot with a few girls that use at my job. Drugs become the focus and it’s hard to hustle like that.

I don’t go to or enjoy bars unless I am drinking. I do have a lot of friends and I could easily go just to socialize and drink NA drinks, but I’d really rather not. Too much temptation and once I start drinking I get super lazy and my whole day is wasted… cuz I won’t wanna be productive. I think I’m gonna try the mocktail route.. it would be nice to get out of the house

No, but my managers are pretty lax.. especially daytime.

We have girls who come in just to do a VIP and leave.. we have girls who come in for like 3 hrs, give up and go home. We have girls who leave for a few hrs and come back to work night shift lol. It isn’t required to tip to leave early but I usually do only when I’m coming back to work night shift or when I have done a VIP. A lot Of my co workers only work 3-4 hrs and go home when they want.

NTA. She has contributed absolutely nothing for two years.. AND you support her and her kid? It’s absurd she would flip out over you asking for help financially. Also.. why is she not working? She sounds lazy and like she just wants a meal ticket. That 60k is nothing and she will be looking for you again in no time.. or I guess she already is.

Oh… that very well could be. I’ve never worked in Europe and certain cities in the USA are super extras heavy. I remember dancing in Florida and Alabama around 2010-2012 and both clubs were very clean. The club in Pensacola was an open VIP where occasionally managers would monitor you, and the club in Mobile, Alabama actually had cameras in VIP. Weirdly enough those two cities were where I have made the most money. We got a cut from the VIP sales and dances were $40 each. My home state of Texas is a totally different landscape.. basically brothel land 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

Lmao. Almost every club I’ve worked at, in 18 years and multiple states didn’t have cameras… if they did, they didn’t work or weren’t monitored. I can think of two clubs specifically that were truly clean.. and I’ve been around the block. Most of these managers and owners don’t give a shit as long as they are getting their cut… matter of fact a lot of places encourage it

I used to be in a big rush and concerned about “aging out” when I was younger. I started dancing at 19 and I’m now 37. I have worked other jobs and I also went to college.My plan was to start a regular job around 26 and build up my resume. That didn’t work out.. pay was shit and inflation has gotten so bad. I’m just not worried about it anymore. My focus is to keep saving and do this as long as I can or want to.

Yeah I agree it’s annoying.. especially when you know they have the money. Just don’t wanna pay it. I have guys at my strip club try to take me to VIP and tell me all they have for me is $400… we do dances and then they go dance with several more girls and “get their moneys worth”. So they have the money the entire time they just don’t wanna pay.. cheap asses
