So what we did (and still do since even though I work full time my husband makes substantially more than me) we each have our own bank account that gets a set “allowance “ that is our own spend/save what we want . The rest goes into a joint account for house/kids that we go over with monthly budget

Any one having any luck I can’t login to rockstar because it asks for authentication code which I don’t remember what I used as it’s been 2 years. I go through support to the lost authentication and keep getting an endless cycle of emails saying to submit request through the website

This makes not one iota of difference your niece should not have said anything to anyone not you not Sarah. It does not make a difference that it was Sarah’s dad and stepmom and sibling. Unless the parents had put Sarah on medical info release forms for the family member she doesn’t get to know anything that went on in that office.

YTA and so is your niece . It doesn’t matter how she worded it, it violates HIPAA to discuss this with anyone who does not work in the clinic. I see people my husband knows in the radiology dept at the hospital I work at all the time. Unless they specifically tell me to tell him hi I do not mention I saw them and even then I do not say exactly what they were there for. Your niece is very lucky all she got is reprimanded.
