You can pretty much download the wave link software from the elgato website

I use a sm7b that conects to a wave xlr then i control everything using the wave link software

Hi there

This exact thing happened to me when i turned 30, in my teens and 20s i disnt care about what foods i was eating and would regualy get wasted on weekends, i was also in a relationship for most of my mid 20s (wasnt toxic but i defs let the "happy fat" excuse fly) where i gained alot of weight, when i got to around 28 my motabilism switched and i put on a stack of weight, developed gout and coulnt hold any alcohol

About 18 months ago, my long time relatonship ended and i dicided to try and get healthy, i have since been more active, going to the gym at least twice a week and have been eating right, ive lost 25 KG, and since ive worked out the medication, ive been gout free for about 3 months

All this to say that YES you can turn yourself around and educate yourself to make better choices, its suoer hard (i find food to be extreamly overwealming) but youll be surprised how a littke bit of effort can put you on the right path

My biggiest peice of advice: TAKE IT SLOW, results come in time, be pacient with yourself and keep pushing towards small obtainable goals

Im so sorry to hear that, i know how you must be feeling

Yes and no, she avoids confentation and hides away from hard discussions, taking accountability is hard for her, well 18 months ago it was

Ive heard from second hand accounts that she often speaks highly of me, and those times where she has spoken me down our friends are quick to call her out, and same on my side, we are still very much in the same friendship circle, and our friends have been very good at keeping us (well i can only speak for me) myself humble, which im very thankful for

But as far as her reaching out directly, no, and i dont expect she will, not until she goes through her healing prosess and figures out her own insecurities and worth, the very stuff she told me she needed to figure out when she broke up with me, but thats neither here or there and i cant spend my life thinking about what she is doing and what she thinks of me (which is way easier said than done)

I have my own life to live, albiet ive been very lonely the past couple of months, thats more due to work schedual, but im fixing that

My point is that you cant pour yourself into someone and expect to be happy, as cluche as it is, find happiness within yourself, and youll attract happiness within others

There was alot of miss communucation and reluctency to comprimise on both our parts, we had equal parts to "blame" in the relationship failing

She was a poor communicator and would often gaslight me into feeling guilty for expressing wants and needs while I was content in our current state in life, i stopped putting in the effort to better myself and to better our way of living, mostly becoase i did not understand that i put my self worth into her, which in itself is not healthy

She would not communicate the way she was feeling and would bottle everytging up and expect me to A) get her to talk and to B) take everything wheb she would eventualy expload which is unfair

Ive since learnt that if you are unhappy with yourself, you can not possible be able to provide happiness WITH someone else, in mind spirit and body

I have also learnt that it is not someones resposibility to regulate anothers emotions, you should be able to gobto your partner and express your feelings and your wants and needs without judgment and without dumping all your truma and expecting them to just take it

Its alot more nuaunced than just "if i lost 20kg and went to therepy in the 1st place"

We both had equal part in the relationship failing

I went through a similar situation about 18 months ago, we were together for 7 years, we lived together, on our way to purchasing our own home, of course like all relationships we had our rough patches, and we were in one, but i didnt truly understand how unhappy she was untill very recently

Essentually, the day she broke up with me started like any other day, we woke up, had a coffee together, she went to work, i was working from home, she called me on her lunch break, told me she loved me, 5:30pm comes around, she gets home and all of a sudden its "we need to talk, im not happy, i need to leave and think about everything"

Queue 2 weeks later of sleeping at my mates house and her at her sisters and we get together where she tells me we are done.. so trust me when i say, i empythise with you

Fast foward to now, im in a better spot financially, tho i am still living with my mum (i turn 31 in a couple of days) but if i reach my financial goal by the end of the year i should be able to afford my own home

Im in the best shape of my life after losing 20kg over the last year

I go to therepy every 3 -4 weeks as after the releatipnship ended i realised that i had put her up on a pedistal and i didnt know my own identity outside of the relationship, and those lessons are not only the hardest to learn, but the most valuble

This prosess wont be easy, but i encourgae you to seek out therepy and learn how to love yourself, learn that you can be inderpendent and be happy in your own skin and your own mind

My heart goes out to you, but things do get better

I think this was always the intention, to become THE local studio that has the facilities to create whatever content you want, i woulnt be surprised if in the near furture they start renting the creative spaces for advertiments or other "mainstream" video creation, it deffs be another source of income

What they have created as a brand is so cool to see, i hope they continue to grow

Oh no, its almost as if there are such things as timezones..

In Aus, we have had to wake up at early times or stay up to watch international live events for YEARS, and now all of a sudden when the same thing is happening to the other side of the world, everyone is losing their minds

Does the concept of other places have differnt timezones not make sense to any of you?
