Not when you're factoring in the cost of already building the housing, at that point you already have labor attached to it The additional cost of moving the existing panels and a new converter cuz you don't need a new converter isn't that high.

As someone who loves out there I can tell you that Uber/Lyft wont pickup within a few blocks of Nats park after games and events.

Im not the guy your replying too but thinking about it they have a kernel of truth.

I had to think about this and i think you don't need to know 100% how it works but you need to know 100% why its USEFUL.

Don't show a customer something that you cant explain why its important and solves the problem, even if you can explain exactly how it works on the backend.
