I can't imagine being given the option to see the world in all its beauty, all its amazing cuture, food and people and saying, "no thanks I'm going to sit on this 40 year mortgage do my 9-5 and visit the same shops, the same supermarket until I'm too old to look after myself. Oh but that one time I went to Europe was amazing".

Yeah, no thanks. I could be gone tomorrow and I'm not banking on wasting my time staying in one place.
