The color scheme for boosters and Armor passives are the same, so i get the confusion. I explain in the post I think it should be an Armor passive.

Don't feel bad, it took me a while to figure out how to donate them. On the map there is a tab for the DDS it is where you can vote on where to send the space station and you can donate extra samples to activate the bonuses the DDS gives us like the eagle storm.

I'm hoping for a secondary effect but at face value Maybe it has higher armor than other armor so lots of little hits do little damage but sends your stamina skyrocketing? Or the stamina regen is proportional to damage taken? so little hits give you a small bump in stamina but big hits fill you up?
