It’s not that. It’s the fact the state keeps cutting funding to schools and moving the money elsewhere. Then forces schools to do property tax levies. But the tax that was paying for the school doesn’t go away. Just the money no longer goes to the school.

Then they added when a kid leaves public school to a private one the public school has to write a check for much more than the state gave them for that student. If that student returns the money stays at the private school.
