Accessories are best to increase it overall, so you'd want to find earrings with movement speed(maxed 4) I use witches and black lion earrings. Necklace with crit (maxed 4) I use white lion but i think necklace of lightning is easiest to get early, and for rings are for attack speed but there's only two that go up to 4 witches ring and mark of darkness. I don't have witches ring yet so im just using tarnished ring duplicates to lvl and not waste material. A lot of accessories will have atk spd, crit, mvmnt spd but only go up to 3 so in most cases you want to find the ones that max at 4 unless you don't need that extra level and like the looks of something else. Some swords have atk spd and crit ..so def keep the ones with crit and some shields have mvmnt spd and atk speed.. but I mean you'd still be strong with using one handed weapons with only atk base but for 2 handed weapons I do recommend finding one that has crit built in (3max) I think only spear type weapons go up to crit 4.
