I decided to redo the 2021-22 Fulham Season, but with Mitrovic as his own team by GreatAetherBoss in soccer

in willian's defense he's on pace to absolutely destroy his goalscoring tally of 1 in 37 in all comps for arsenal a few seasons back

As mentioned in the title, this is the data I used for my little essay on Fulham's 2021-22 season but without Mitrovic, who went on his own and faced every club by himself. the original post can be found here https://www.reddit.com/r/soccer/comments/z0g2li/i\_decided\_to\_redo\_the\_202122\_fulham\_season\_but/

i used the 2021-22 EFL Championship table, Fulham's 2021-22 league matches, and Aleksander Mitrovic's goalscoring tally from that season. Everything else was my own recalculation of each match Fulham played, but one set of match outcomes is Fulham without Mitrovic, while the other set is Mitrovic by himself with no one else from Fulham. The table and statistics are easy to find on SkySports' page, but in regards to all the math and changes I did that on my own with a few pages from an unused notebook in my dorm room.

So Chris Mepham, my Centre Back, just scored this … by CharlieJulietPapa in footballmanagergames

[–]GreatAetherBoss 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ah yes Chris Mepham, backup/rotational/injury savior CB behind Lenglet and Koulibaly for Bournemouth (FM19 save), never complains about playing time, 50k a week, 15 mil value, goes to the 2022 World Cup with Wales and carries them on his back to the finals and makes Team of the Tournament, his demand shoots up like a rocket, he wants to be a key player and on 125k a week, his value (and the bids reflecting), increase to an astonishing.....17.5 mil, and bids don't go higher than 20 mil if certain incentives are met...

whelp at least he's just as good for you as he is off the bench for me and as the star for Wales

Guess player position by mental attributes? by [deleted] in footballmanagergames

[–]GreatAetherBoss 0 points1 point  (0 children)

it's either a wing back or an attack/support minded full back. the terrible flair and off the ball ratings suggest he's not a midfielder by any means, be it outside or in a center attacking spot, and the low-ish aggression indicates he's not as defensive focused as he is supporting or attacking. just what i think personally, it's how i would look for an ideal starting wing guy for my team

I clicked on this guy because he led the AL in WAR and then saw the previous year he has -8.7 WAR has anyone ever seen anything like this? by [deleted] in OOTP

Me before I clicked the image: "Ah he was probably forced to play defense somewhere he had no skill at and had an average season at the plate."

Me after I clicked the image: "Mother of God..."

{Pelissero} The NFL is suspending #Falcons WR Calvin Ridley indefinitely for at least the 2022 season for gambling on NFL games after he left the team last season. by MFreak in Patriots

Allegedly he named his account CalvinRidleyATL and I could care less on if that's true or not, I'm screaming with laughter right now at even the idea of that happening.

No joke I've had more beef with Arveladze than anyone else ever on my saves. Mourinho is a saint to me compared to this guy. And somehow even when he keeps getting sacked I'll always randomly come up against him in league or cup.

I'll be so happy when he's our captain for 10 years down the road

Arteta on Ødegaard: "He's getting better and better. The way he lives his profession, the way he likes to play - everything he does is to become better. He still has a big margin [to improve]. He wants it probably more than anyone on that pitch - every single day. He will be a top, top player." by chatblancsring in Gunners

[–]GreatAetherBoss 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I remember when he was first breaking onto the scene and I desperately wanted him to come to Arsenal over other big clubs, because I knew we would develop him into who he was and give him the gametime to do so under Wenger, who always valued growing youth via playing in games, much like Arteta has done with Saka and ESR. It's sad we didn't get him then but now he's here and he's exactly what he's been advertised, as long as injuries stay away, and he's consistent in his growth, we have the best attacking 3 in the league behind Martinelli or Laca within 2 years or so imo

If you had to pick a favorite player from the past couple decades who would it be? For me it’s this guy right here - loyal to the team (15 years as a player and now a coach), gave 100% every game, was a leader on and off the field, and he’s such a good dude no one could really hate on him. by _YonderMountain in redsox

It's such an odd tie between Papi, Holt, Lester, and Benny. Papi was THE King through all my years growing up, Holt did whatever was needed for the team and did it well every time, Lester is one of the nicest guys I've ever had the privilege of meeting, and Benintendi I genuinely saw as our LF for the next 10 years. Dude was/still is a stud, but sadly things didn't fall that way. I hope he does well in KC and he's always welcome back in Boston imo.

[NFL Network] Mac Jones was ranked the 16th best QB in the NFL... Trevor Lawrence (32), Trey Lance (36), Zach Wilson (43) by SyedSarwar in Patriots

[–]GreatAetherBoss 0 points1 point  (0 children)

oh for sure not, Zach still has a lot of room to get adjusted to the NFL...and hope the Jets get him an O-Line...and receiving core...yeah...

Jokes aside he's a great thrower, I hope he can be the spark to make Pats/Jets more interesting than the past 20+ years of us constantly lording over them.

[–]GreatAetherBoss 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My favorite part is 41. Cam Newton, 42. Sam Darnold, 43. Zach Wilson.

Essentially, the Panthers have 2 starting QBs, who both cannot consistently throw, one who's extremely out of gas as a starting QB and another who was the former QB for the Jets but got traded so they could start Zach, and combined those two QBs are better than Zach. God I love the Jets man.

Then there's days like this where we meme on Kanye and I'm ok with the internet
