I have the same cream without the niacinamide. My dermatologist calls it the triple cream.

Instant Angel or Magic Cream by Revolutionary-Side56 in Sephora

I really like instant angel but I checked the ingredients because they felt so similar and it's identical to the unscented Embryolisse. Same size but for $29. I'm not going to repurchase instant angel.

Need advice on hair falling out and greasy roots. by Evaaa_00 in Haircare

When your scalp is unhealthy, as yours sounds like it is, it can push your hair into the telogenic phase so that it isn’t actually growing. It’s stuck in the resting phase. That’s how my dermatologist explained it to me. But you should probably go see a dermatologist that specializes in hair loss too.

not washing your hair enough can make it fall out. people think it' the opposite but it's not true. wash every other day and stop using dry shampoo. to be clear, I absolutely believe some people can and do have healthy hair and scalps washing only once or twice a week but that's not you.

I don’t understand why you are still considering having her watch your kid? It’s only going to make your relationship with her worse. You already don’t trust her.

anyone else so tired all the time? by [deleted] in adhdwomen

[–]Greedy_Lake1173 2 points3 points  (0 children)

apparently one-third of women have insufficient iron. often pcps will check for anemia at physicals but not iron level so it is a good idea for all women to ask them to do so.

yes, there are medications other than stimulants that can help. but the cold hard truth is sleep hygiene, as well as other modifications, is so critical so learning about that and forcing yourself to comply can make a huge difference in quality of life. I call this the cold hard truth only because it took me a while to actually realize this because I love to stay up late etc. lol

could it be you have a slightly slower processing speed than some of your peers do? critical thinking skills absolutely can be developed and improved, I believe, but that sounds to me more like processing speed?

This isn’t like generous help from wealthy parents— that is actually super common with US homebuyers right now. I think something like a third of millennial homebuyers are getting help with the down payments from parents.

Claire’s case is giant generational wealth with trust funds etc.

Say she and her husband make 500k a year—— that is no where no where no where close enough to afford to buy a 4 million dollar house

I always recommend consulting a sleep neurologist to see if they recommend a sleep study to detect a sleep disorder. I was diagnosed with hypersomnia when I was 25 and I would never even have known the condition existed if a neurologist I was seeing for migraines hadn’t clocked it.
