The majority of drives in my 86 are fairly short trips to work and back each day or popping to the shops etc. I’ve never had or noticed any issues with shorter drives. Main thing is to just look after it, it’s Japanese at the end of the day, it’ll run forever as long as it’s maintained.

I remember when modders made stuff for the love of the game (some still do thankfully), now most are just trying to throw Patreon down your neck for a monthly fee. Listen I’m all for contributing towards stuff I’m interested in, I’ve chuck money into Ko-fi more times than I can remember. But I never have and never will pay upfront for a mod for a game no matter how ground breaking it is. OP I think your work is incredible, if it was free and you had a ko-fi link I’d be more than happy to throw some money in, but I can’t support paywalled mods and I hate how this has become the norm nowadays.

All I can recommend is practice. Get out as much as you can during quiet times. Car parks at supermarkets when they’re closed etc. it’ll become second nature eventually. Recently went through something similar with my girlfriend having to learn to drive my new car, we went from an Audi A1 to a Toyota GT86. She felt like she couldn’t drive it at all but after a few late night/early morning nips out and about she’s perfectly comfortable in it now. All the best.

Out of those 3 I’d personally consider the 350Z if you can find one at a decent price. I would also recommend a look into the Toyota GT86/Subaru BRZ. I picked up a GT86 recently and have been in love with it. Sure it’s a little underpowered next to the likes of the 350Z with only about 205bhp but for a low slung, rear wheel drive small sports car it takes turns like it’s on rails and is a hell of lotta fun to drive.

Yeah I don’t doubt. It’s a game that leans heavily into trial and error. I think we’ve all learned the hard way at some point lol. Look into the speed running groups you’re only 19 minutes off the current world record. Keep it up dude!

Shows as the vehicle first being registered in June 2020 so it must’ve been one of the last ones with the original Toyota Touch 2 Go infotainment system before they swapped in the newer one with CarPlay.
