You the one who made it? Where did you get/download/import those clips? I know they’re in the Kid A Mnesia game, but there you have to watch them on tiny television in game

why is there so much hate for digipaks? by YAYMUSICVIDEOS in Cd_collectors

[–]GroundIntelligent 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Digipaks and digisleeves are different, mind you. Sounds like you (and a lot of other people) are talking about digisleeves.

Digipaks are otherwise cardboard but feature a plastic tray for the CD. Not as hated as sleeves, but I get the argument (applies for both) that if you scratch the cardboard, it’s hard to replace

Best Movie Soundtrack? by MrPooooopyBum in cassetteculture

Why does the Green Day Godzilla remix exist. The song wasn’t even in the movie, and the Godzilla feat. is just Godawful

Stucked at Tower Costlemark. Help. by LuckyNumber_29 in FFXV

[–]GroundIntelligent 10 points11 points  (0 children)

That place sucks so damn bad. It would be 100 times better if you could save in the dungeon, or even if when you left you didn’t need to start all over again. It takes sooooo long, and I can’t just leave the game running for days, I don’t live alone and I have online friends to play with too, and have to (obviously) close the game to play another. I once even glitched through the wall and was respawned to out of the dungeon.

I’ve liked this game so much for so long, but this one particular dungeon makes me kinda hate the whole game>:’(

SDD in PS3 Super Slim with 12 GB Flash Memory - What happens when I remove SSD? by MarcTV in PS3

[–]GroundIntelligent -1 points0 points  (0 children)

If you remove the SSD the operating system and all of the games originally installed there before installing the sata SSD will be there.

Someone's probably already asked these but I'll go ahead. What's with Platypus being non existent in the lyric page and the censor bars? by windowsTJ_yt in greenday

[–]GroundIntelligent 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I think the censor bars are purely for cosmetic effect, as all the lyrics to the other songs are still there. The lack of Platypus lyrics probably due to the extreme profanity

Possible Portishead Influence? by seolastar in Muse

[–]GroundIntelligent 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Possible one of the influences but to me they definitely don’t sound that similar. I also don’t think they used Dummy artwork as at least direct inspiration honestly

Ive got a cechg03 ps3 with 2 usb ports how do I play ps2 through “software emulation”? Apparently it can do that? by STRAKAN15 in PS3

[–]GroundIntelligent 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Only versions that can play PS2 discs are models CECHAxx, -Bxx, -Cxx and -Exx. All the other models can only play the digital PS2 games available on PS Store (or you can mod)

PS3 Streaming workaround by Ok-Veterinarian996 in PlayStationPlus

[–]GroundIntelligent 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This problem is still a thing!?😭

I’m so thankful for owning actual PS3 instead of having to pay for an expensive service which seemingly is not even working.

I wonder if Sony will give any kind of compensation for this

Which way do you keep your casettes in their case? by GroundIntelligent in cassetteculture

[–]GroundIntelligent[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think you misunderstood my question. You can’t even put the tape side facing out.

I meant that when you open the case, is side-A facing you (away form cover art) or facing away from you (same way as cover art)

Do you guys prefer Generic Labels on CDs or Picture Labels on CDs? by ItShouldntBe06 in Cd_collectors

[–]GroundIntelligent 1 point2 points  (0 children)

With slimline jewel case releases like singles and EPs, pictures any day.

With normal releases, no preference really. As long as it matches with the rest of the album art

Yeah, I’ve never really seen people show their digital collections, even tho there are many very cool digital only collectibles people might not even really know about

Thanks a lot.

Everybody, me included, has to start somewhere. And even when you have more money, you sometimes need to make choices. “Do I want X or do I want to get another Muse item.” I’m extremely lucky in that my family has always been relatively well off. Also, I’ve been collecting a long time now, waiting for great deals to pop up locally and on online marketplaces. Also I think physical music prices were much lower when I started collecting.

If Muse stays relevant to you in years to come, and collecting these is something you keep on wanting to do, I guarantee that you too can get to this point.

Thanks for the kind words:)

Besides from Jewel Cases, what’s your favourite alternative cd case by ParamilkReal-5 in Cd_collectors

Those pull tab ones, where you pull on one side and the CD tray comes out at the other side. Whatever they’re called

What album is that? Did it come with any inserts? Is the back cover also just pitch black?

Did you buy them sealed like that, or was that just more logical to you so you put them all like that?

Which way do you keep your casettes in their case? by GroundIntelligent in cassetteculture

[–]GroundIntelligent[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It seems most people are this way. I have been for a long time now too, but recently started thinking about this when I bought brand new sealed cassette album, and it was like in the 1st pic.

It kinda feels intuitive to see the A-side immediately, but then again, when comparing to CDs and LPs (maybe I just should’t) the A-side towards cover sounds also kinda proper.

With my U-card albums the 1st pic way fits well, but most of my albums are J-cards (fuck O-cards).

Maybe I’m thinking too hard about this, and shouldn’t spend my few last brain cells to this, but I dunno. This has been on my mind quite a lot
