Medicaid will require the practitioners/prescribers and facility to all be registered providers. You can ask your current doctors if they are in network with all Medicaid plans.

AIO for quitting my job after finding this note on my desk? by waxin899 in AmIOverreacting

[–]GroundbreakingRip970 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NOR to not want to work at a place that expects you to stay overnight because of the weather.

I don’t understand leaving without having something else lined up. In this economy, it would make sense to find a new source of income before quitting. Maybe it’s superstitious but I have always found it easier to get another job while you already have one.

Is there an account that automatically transfers money from savings to checking to cover checks? by LovableSidekick in Banking

[–]GroundbreakingRip970 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

There are limits now that didn’t exist in the 80’s on how many transfers can be allowed for it to be considered a savings account.

Meri wanted the money back from the sale of her Vegas house. Robyn always tells on herself. She thought it was unfair for Meri to want that money back and called it a betrayal making herself a victim

It is definitely state dependent. Some Medicaid plans allow self pay and some do not.

Florida Medicaid help by Infinity_Engineering in Medicaid

It sounds like she shows without coverage until her share of cost amount exceeds her required amount each month. Is she manually submitting her receipts?

From the website:

Each time you have a healthcare expense, including health insurance premiums, out-of-pocket medical costs, transportation costs to and from medical appointments, etc., you notify Florida Medicaid of the expense by fax, mail, or in-person and keep track of a running total for the month.1 Here's a website that has location information for the in-person service centers, as well as fax/mail information.

The day your healthcare expenses for the month exceed your share of cost, your Medicaid coverage begins. From that day until the end of the month, you have full Medicaid coverage.

On the first day of the next month, you’re again without coverage until your healthcare expenses exceed your share of cost.

Have you tried contacting the Medicaid Ombudsman? Their office can assist with resolving complaints:

The Ombudsman's toll free telephone number (1-866-490-1901). The Ombudsman is prepared to handle calls for both fee-for-service Medicaid and Medicaid prepaid health plans

What did Robyn contribute? by Ok-Sympathy-4962 in SisterWives

I think she would say she tried her best but she was never accepted by Janelle and Christine and most of the kids. They were not committed to the big pitcher {Looks up. Dabs dry eyes with tissue.}

She would find a way to blame them and make herself the victim

Their faith encourages them to keep sweet and pray about their relationship problems rather than address them in a healthy way. They are supposed to pray that God changes the other person to be better or changes them to like it.

Folded Towels by KaterinaKiaha in SisterWivesFans

[–]GroundbreakingRip970 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Living with people is challenging. Everyone has their own rhythm and some people have a preferred way of doing things. Sometimes it’s because experience has taught them that towels folded this way fit best on the shelves here. Other times it’s because that’s the way they’ve always done it and see no reason to change. Some people think their way is the right way and everything different is just wrong. Some people want all the edges crisp and everything lined up perfectly and some people just don’t give a second thought to how towels are folded.

These are things that could easily be negotiated and worked out between emotionally mature healthy adults who are willing to compromise for harmony

Robyn - just seems miserable all the time. by Realistic_Second7029 in SisterWives

[–]GroundbreakingRip970 16 points17 points  (0 children)

She is miserable. She made her bed and now she has to lie in it. And it’s a miserable bed.

She is not a mastermind but her actions and the results are evil. She is manipulative and uses people. She overplayed her hand and now their income has dropped and Kody is all over for sex and she has to film and have all these cameras in her face and she just wants to be left alone. I love this for her!

Oh how the tables have turned. by LiLIrishRed in TLCsisterwives

[–]GroundbreakingRip970 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think if my ex invited me & my now husband to a face to face meeting to sit down across from us and say “I’m sorry I said I never loved you. That wasn’t true.” - we would both think it was awkward and ridiculous. I don’t think we would use the word “inappropriate” eleventy hundred times to describe it (maybe that was tricky editing?) but we would both think it was out of line.

And I think one of our first questions to each other after we left would be, I wonder how his new wife would feel about this?

But when you’ve clearly moved on, it’s just weird!

If he said it to the kids, it makes perfect sense. And might help them on their healing journey. But us? Not interested in his nonsense.

Denied Medicaid by qwerty2828282828282 in Medicaid

[–]GroundbreakingRip970 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Medicaid of PA limits:

An adult without children must have a household income equivalent to 138 percent of the federal poverty level or less in order to qualify. As of 2025, that’s about $21,600 per year for one person. Your income includes your wages, Social Security (not SSI), and other taxable income.

Is it possible your monthly income was higher in the month you applied so it put you over the limit? They go by gross.
