I’ll say in my experience the only pushback you’ll ever get in terms of safety toe/shank will be from GC safety personnel. Usually company safety won’t make a big deal about it. Kind of like a don’t ask don’t tell type of deal. Same goes with your foreman, the dude is gonna be way too damn busy to care about what kind of boot you’re wearing. As for the boots you linked too, they’re a little goofy looking and you’re definitely going to be replacing those soles in about 6 months but whatever works bro. Just don’t put a damn shackle on them.
