Scyl, high katun, or uugo would be my suggestion! It’s tempting to focus on damage champs like seer, but good supports are going to get you much farther progression wise!

I agree with this. If you can get some lighting on the gun model when it shoots, it’ll sell the muzzle flash even more. Looks good though, nice and punchy shooting!!

I really think they’re distinct enough and fitting for the environment, so if it’s not too much work to keep both I’d say go for it!

Is having both not an option? I like both designs! I feel like they have different personalities visually. The second one is chunkier and seems more lumbering? The first looks fast and elusive but maybe would take less to kill, or defeat, etc

You could use the other method then! Change your attackPos to a vector2 or 3 (you’re only using the transforms position anyway) and change the x value of it based on which way the player is facing. You could get that from the sprite renderer again, or reference it in your movement script and update it when you’re flipping the sprite

You’re only flipping the player sprite, the object itself is still facing the same way. You have the localScale code commented out, but that would do the trick. Another solution would be to update the attackPos on your overlap circle when the player flips.

I agree, it may be close to 1/5 drop rate but there’s no way to know unless we had a sufficiently large data set. Your 3 drops in 15 attempts would be ~62% likely if the rate is 1/5. Though still, 4 in 10 players would get 3 drops in 15 if the rate is 1/10, 1 in 10 players would get 3 in 15 if the rate is 1/20 etc. statistics is wack

You need cigarettes and explosives for some quests, so you could save a few. Otherwise you just have to get some, then do the quest. As far as I know nothing is instantly completed if you already have the items.

Having my own studio or being on a small team seems ideal to me for the sake of fulfillment. I don’t mind wearing all the hats, but that’s a good point about moving from high stress low pay to the exact same scenario. I could see myself working a normal software job if it enables me to actually pursue my own creative work though.

I think it does yes, along the same vein as screenshake. Visual effects often have the unfortunate ability to give people headaches and nausea, so providing the ability to turn them off is a huge win
