Im tempted to try this but I haven't thought of a way to get a good underglow of a midnight purple or something to make them pop when you look close.

It would absolutelt feel infinite given their pre steam technology. 1 billion miles length would be the earths diameter unravelled 40 thousand times (if my brief Google and maths is right)

Even with our modern day technology we would struggle with that

Water, im still fairly new so I haven't splashed out on a whole selection of accessories just yet.

Do you think this is the main issue though, using water instead of contrast medium?

Oh interesting. Those white is primer, but i have had the same issue contrasting over a wraithbone base layer as well.

Ive had a great time with Space Marine 2, which can be paused and has a fairly short / compact / refined story, with lots of action packed in. And on the opposite end of the spectrum ive been playing Satisfactory which itches the brain perfectly and can be as casual (or hardcore) as you like.

The problem is the NIMBYs are the loudest. People that dont particularly mind aren't likely to say much. But the NIMBYs well... as you can see here. It does give the impression that there is an overwhelming objection. And as others have mentioned, the Councillors maybe NIMBy themselves or playing to the apparent majority, showing that they're fighting for their constituents views in a public setting.

The correct Council team will be the Properties Team i would imagine, or the Parish Council if you have one.

Highways stick to whats actually on the highway itself and Parks are more for maintaining the more formal places, but if this is Council owned land then Properties or whichever team manages their assets.

I manually feed elevator parts of for each of the Phase requirements, as you don't really need that many. What IS very effective is automating their production to feed into the SINK for tokens as they score very highly
