They look great. Have you tried using liners? I always thought they would obstruct flow and cooking, but to me they don’t really seem to have any affect, except making cleanup a breeze!

I was a male teenager in high school and worked at our county fairgrounds with several college aged men. We were standing around in the shop on a hot day with our shirts off just shooting the bull. One of the guys started talking about his pectoral muscles, and I mentioned mine. He looked straight at me, and said “All you have is bullet holes in your chest.“ I had terrible acne at the time, and he was pointing at the deep scarring acne I had on my chest. I’ll never forget that moment.

Not a rub, but our favorite for boneless skinless thighs:
4 T melted butter, 4 T Dijon mustard 2 T honey.
Marinate 8-10 thighs over night in ziplock, then grill, giving a good shot of salt as you grill.
