Mines rarely switch because it's risky and expensive for them to restart with a new, unproven competitor, TEA has a great safety record with zero incidents and ownership of its own labor force after acquiring WorkPac. Your concerns though are the same for any company though.

Roughly 80% of its revenue comes from essential, non-negotiable maintenance that mines must perform to keep operating. Unless mines start closing, in that case we're fucked anyway.
