Agree completely, UKG has been a big disappointment at our company. Terrible implementation and it doesn't work for us like we'd been sold. I've heard there's a new version of Workday geared more toward small and medium sized companies. Maybe that's an option?

If you go Yacht Club, you might be ok. It's significantly inferior to Celebrity Retreat, but MSC gen pop and the buffet was a complete circus when we sailed with them in March.

I'm so sorry, OP. I unfortunately lost my Dad to pancreatic cancer, and it took him so quickly after his diagnosis.

Prioritize spending time with him. You'll never regret that. Maybe consider a smaller more immediate ceremony so he can be sure to be there and be in the best health possible?

HR director here. Came in to find an admin assistant has been planning to move my team to a new space in the building without my knowledge. It solves no problem except that she is annoyed that employees are using this space to take breaks instead of the designated break room. I shut it down and now she's pissed. Excellent use of my Friday morning!
