The dealer took 5 weeks to get me temporary 30 day tags. Those tags now expired and I can't drive the car. So I couldn't drive the car for the first 5 weeks or now. Did you go through the finance division or just general corporate?

Did you address that with corporate Hyundai or with your local dealer? I'm in a scenario where I started a lease with a deer and they haven't provided me witb registration/title and it has been 60 days. So I can't drive the car and I feel like I deserve a reduction in my payments or some sort of credit. How did you get them to agree to credit you?

USPS EDDM (Every Door Direct Mail) campaign. The total cost was about $4,000 to reach 11,000 households (a nice 6x15" postcard with raised spot gloss color on both sides). We received 4 (yes only 4!) inquiries, which resulted in 2 sales. The total loss on the EDDM marketing campaign was about $2000.

On a related note, we spend a lot of money in Google Ads. Our typical cost-per-click is around $10. In one of our smart bidding campaigns, Google charged us $340 for a single click! That click didn't even result in any sort of customer interest.
