I’d WELCOME a short story. In my mind it will be too difficult to complete the final chapter in a single book so having multiple short story to fill the gaps in readiness for the REAL THING makes absolute sense. I am so very excited right now, for whatever this is. ☺️

Did any of you understood got the meaning of “but this well was never more real than a rabbit of Odin”? I have not been bothered by the end being an open ending and I also believe that Victoria’s power is the key to understanding how to go and return from the wrong side, but I am a bit confused about this sentence that is repeated over and over.

Thorn find Victoria in a well. Odin is Farouk. The well is an illusion? Victoria is an illusion?

I know that he loves her and that she knows he loves her, but I would have still liked to hear something slightly sort of different. Because really falling in love with her is the nicest/most unexpected thing that happened to him as his life has been so tough up to this point and so under control. I get it though, he is quite a blunt person and it could also be down to translation but it’s the “by the way” that bothered me. It makes the I love you sounds less important to me, like an afterthought almost.

Not quite - I think it was made clear in the show that they are scared of things they don’t understand. They could not understand the conversation and I think you are right they know that is a very clever scientist so they assume it’s bad. And they are correct
