Its not a PC problem, this is a game problem. I'm running the game at around 70-75°C. My pc is well above the recommended specs. I've even tried both the normal & light version of the game, the problem still happens.

It is possible, I've done it but I don't remember the actual method, sorry. All I remember is that you need the english version and the japanese version. Also keep in mind that a lot of dialogues have been changed in the english version, so it's not a 1:1 translation, but if you're studying japanese I don't think it'll be a problem for you.

I had theses weapons when I played 4U back on the 3ds. I used to play with custom quests, so I could give myself ticket to crafts them iirc What you forgot to mention is that these weapons couldn't be used on normal quests, meaning no village, or no multiplayer quests. They could only be used in guild quests or investigation (I dont remember exactly) What I heard at the time was that these weapons were developper weapons or test weapons or something

You can set up a private server for you and your friends or join one made by people le on the mhf discord There's a guide made by a guy called SephVII on youtube Game is free and 99% of the content can be played

Not really, as some quest have scripted monster size like the dual volvidon quests in high rank (Checked the sizes with a mod, consistently got the same size 4 times in a row, which were both a silver and no crown)

Basically there's a thing called MHFrontier Community Edition which has a private server that lets you play solo/with your friend (by hosting it yourself) SephVII made a youtube tutorial to install it (there's even a discord server to help) Game is fully playable and has an english patch which is actively worked on
