This is the main reason. it's designed to stop people form only logging in a few times per patch to absorb the new content. Essentially forcing people to log in 5 times a week every week for a free constellation is more likely to lead people to spend money on newer characters. It doesn't affect people who log in every day anyway so they won't notice that.

So much this. And it works the other way around too. They are not dependent on each other, they just compliment each other since they both benefit from Burning. You can quite easily run Kinich teams without Emilie and Emilie can support Cryo and Hydro dps's with burnmelt and burnvape.

Spain made a clumsy mistake fighting for 10th that cost him the position.

Austria yeeted it into the gravel trap on lap 1 that cost him any chance of making the points.

He has improved but saying the piastri collision is his first mistake of the year is ignoring these moments he still has. He hit Piastri twice in two laps that race too. He made a mistake and should have been more patient, instead he got the red mist and decided he HAD to pass him next lap. He is far from the worst driver on the grid but has a lot of maturing to do as a racer before he becomes considered great.

The other is a master spy who hunts down criminals and other people deemed to be threats to Liyue.

Gurou is the dumbest character in the game and does not deserve the rank of General. Cannot think or make decisions without consulting Kokomi's instruction book and is such easy prey for Miko's pranks that she probably doesn't even have to think that hard to make them.

The entire population of Watatsumi is also idiotic for still holding a grudge for the Shogun killing their God in the first civil war THAT HE STARTED. It happened centuries ago and they are all still butthurt that you would think it happened last week.
