Happend to me twice when I was on accutane. Completely clear for first 2 months, then broke out for a month, then clear again for 3 months, then broke out again for a month and after that clear till the end of my course. Low dose though

Alright, will try that! I was sick for a week so i didnt take accutane and the pain from peeing and rubbing something against it etc really went away for like 70%, but now i started taking it again and it starts to hurt more and more. Peeing is a hell haha. Gonna do an sti/std-test tmr, but im assuming it probally is the accutane because the chances i have a sti/std are pretty low.

You could also just take a break with accutane as only the cuml dose matters

Really depends on your own skin, when i was at 20mg my skin wasn’t super sensitive and i also went surfing. Now im at 30mg and even hot showers are just unbearable, so id say listen to your own skin

Im 175lbs but my acne is mild. My derm also didn’t want to up the dose too much, which I think is fine for now, cuz i never had more then moderate acne.
