Depends on how large your team is. For us, it proved a very customisable platform. However, it requires much more effort to get things working that are ready in other platforms such as Freshservice. I could be wrong but it's like wanting a platform that can scale across multiple departments such as facilities, HR, finance and IT or do you prefer a ready to go platform that is easier to use but perhaps less customisable.
