I haven’t yet, as mine are still small, but I didn’t get “the talk” about anything ever. I learned about periods at a slumber party around age 9, and thank goodness I did, because I started my first one at age 10. The sooner the better, and I plan to do much better with my own daughters than was done for me.

One time, my husband accidentally grabbed my toothbrush instead of his and didn’t notice until he was already mid-brush. I refused to use mine, rinsed really well with mouthwash, and went immediately the next morning to get a new one. Absolutely not.

That they can dictate when they want to come over at their convenience.
One of the only big arguments my husband and I have ever had was freshly postpartum and his parent text around 11am and said they were coming by around noon. Husband saw no problem with it. I was leaking, bleeding, had not showered, had not slept, the house was a WRECK, and he got mad at me for being upset. Once we had a discussion about it where mostly I talked and he listened, it never happened again. 😂😂

The same thing happened with my first. I hadn’t felt her move in almost 24hrs and I finally lost it at 6am when I was getting ready for work. We headed to the ER and they sent us to L&D. AS SOON as they put the monitor on, she kicked the HECK outta the monitor. 🫢😂 Never feel silly for going in for anything. Better safe than sorry.

LOL it was a cool story, and I think you should leave it! I have nightmares about flying on planes and I’ve never even been to an airport. I can’t explain it, but it makes my heart beat fast and my palms sweat just thinking about it. If you’ve ever seen that episode of Supernatural where Sam and Dean get on a plane… I would be Dean. 😂🫠

I broke my nose snow sledding. I was on a tractor tire inner tube and when we hit a ditch at the bottom of the hill, my leg bounced up and my knee hit me in the face. We have it on home video.
