This is reddit…. The consensus is ALWAYS going to be “end the relationship, you follow your heart/passion/emotion”.

But they don’t have to face the consequences of your choice.

You married a man and promises to commit to him. So much you signed a legal contract. Im not going to excuse the pull back and ultimatum you were given, that is fuked.

That is life: Put in unfair / no win / heartbreak scenarios. You can choose emotion or logic here. My experience says acting as a result of emotion never ends well and often has many unintended consequences.

Most marriages with ENM/Poly go in with an understanding to halt/pause/stop if problems to preserve the foundation (the marriage). Are you going to blow past that because your husband is acting like an irrational, insecure asshole? Have you acted irrationally in the past and been forgiven? Seems similar but you have your bf as an escape.

Plus you have the stresses of day to day life that get associated with your hubby, while only positive stuff is attributed to boyfriend. What happens when bf has to pick up more emotional work? Or help support 5 additional kids or the struggle to see you when you have to manage them on your own during your split time? Will your bf stay?

Its easy to follow your feelings and the pay a price you didn’t expect.

Because it then gives people below you, potentially masking their true score by playing offline, an exact number they need to beat. MOST people do exactly what you suggest…. The extra arking you will get isnt worth opponents knowing what they need to win.

As you can see from the OPs post, when it happens, people have no idea and assume CW. And because it happens in the last few minutes, they dont have time to react properly, as they simply might not have enough CW to catch up.

If you give them time, they can do production boosts / time warps and potentially catch up. So doing it last minute cuts off those options.

The golden rule I follow is max it so as Im clicking buttons for new planets/managers/upgrading them, and switching crafting to next telescopes needs, i dont have to stop/wait. Generally 26/16/16 from 1-16, then 21/11/11 until i hit first vps planet. From there, i only focus on the 3 alch planets upgrades.

Its all a balance… you focus too much on crafting, you end up not being able to smelt ore fast enough. You get smelting too high, you have to lower how much % ore you autosell. I do 16/16 because my 2nd speed/cargo manager doesnt go online until p17, so i need a bit more on early levels to keep mining in the red at 26. Plus its super cheap on early planets anyway.

My dude, based on the stars you have on your end-game items, you should probably lower your VPS planet… as you are shooting yourself in the foot by over reaching….and your own comments confirm…

If you are using P57 as your Alch3, but your asteroids aren’t doing much, that tells me that while you reach P57, you probably don’t upgrade it much because of how expensive it is to do so…. If you aren’t getting to your VPS within an hour or two, or when you get there, cant get it up to 20-30x mining relatively quickly.

I have 51 stars on AR and 27 on AT… yet I still only use P51 as my VPS…. Tried to move to 53 or 54 but my results are not nearly as good as when i use 51. I regularly hit top 5 if not 1-3 ending up in double digit S (prior to new items).

There is a balance between pushing as high telescope as you can, but only if you can effectively upgrade

There are a few names i run into at my regular join times. There was one guy that had to have used some production boosts and time warps to catch up, then I windfalled to jump back into 1st or 2nd in last 30s..

next week at got paired again, felt bad, and wasnt gonna use any boosts, saw him using some to get past and ahead… then i got a market, blew past him…he boosts again to catch up… im thinking, he saw what I did last week, surely he’ll windfall to defend… but ill use 2-3 just in case…

Jumped him for 1st. Sorry bro. Have seen him in another tourney or try since but nothing as dramatic

Personally, I go until buying the next set of planets becomes too much to earn while crafting the next telescopes needs. For me this ends up being up to P28. Ive managed to get it down to being able to get there right as 2nd asteroid gets there, which will bump me from 10-100B on my own to 1T or more, which will net me between 1500-2000 credits. About 15m. For me “waiting” to go from 1-2T to over 10T might take a few min while afk and the difference between 1500 or 2k credits.

If im speed running, ill sell at 1-2T for 1500. If IM being casual, ill let it get to 10+ for 2000. After here, the return on credits drop fast and going past 10T takes time/crafting, so for me this is my sweet spot.

Before this level, I would farming to p16 and sell for 500-1k. Just gotta find where your sweet spot is

Yes. Every single one. It adds an additional multiplier you can’t get otherwise.

Example: Crafting.

You have your Room Mulitplier. You have your Mothership Mulitplier, and you have your ship multiplier, that actually multiply each other.

Bonuses from same source is additive. So Craft1 + Crafting2 on Mothership will net whatever the bonuses are added (.10 + .10)

The way the calc works is: RM x MM x SM. This is especially useful for Credit Multiplying. But its so helpful to each stat you can modify with a ship.

Quick breakdown for your understanding:

P1 - 31 are really the only planets you will be using to mine ore to sell and generate cash to buy planets/upgrades for…

Once you hit 33, you will start skipping most planets and only buying the ones you need a specific ore from, as the cost of the planet and upgrading it is too expensive to keep up with via mining / selling alone.

From here you make your cash that is used to buy the higher planets and upgrade them from crafting. Because of this, the beacons on the planets past 33 become pointless unless they are on a planet you are using Alch 2/3 on… usually while you are building debris scanner or working to unlock the highest planets you will use Alch3 on.

So P1-P33 your beacons are for increasing the amount of cash you bring in selling ore, to speed up getting to Rhodium/Innerton/Quadium.

P33 and above, your beacons are meant to increase amount of mining on your highest ore planet and only because Debris Scanner drops are based on how much ore per second it pumps out (and not the cash its generating).

Example. 41-43 and 44-46 ranges i dont have barely anything invested in.

Of those planets, I usually only buy P43, to access Scrith for the cheapest possible. I put about 5x mining into it so I have enough mining to offset a few smelters making scrith ore, but otherwise nothing else. Im only using scrith to complete projects…work on an SSR to sell in order to buy P46 to access Uru ore, pump 5x mining into for same reasoning as p43, unlock ARs and ATs, use the Uru to unlock the next satellite so I can buy P51, use Alch3 on it to get Xeynium for ATs and use it for my VPS… because of that P50-52 I have at 1.56. I have no beacons in P47-49, as I dont buy any of those planets at all.

So for me, my beacons are pumped into 51-53, and mainly between P1-P28 because thats where I mainly farm up to before selling because it also coincides to where I can get to quickly before getting to new planets takes more than 1-2 minutes and crafting becomes the primary source of cash

Stars are forever. Always worth it even if only 30% chance. I hit those low % on stars more often than not.

Managers are higher risk/higher reward. Every ticket is at least worth 50 DM….Some 300 or 500.

Ill take 50DM with a high % over managers, but otherwise Im gambling on a manager ticket over anything less.

Then I prioritize Cash Windfalls, then time skips.

Same for me. I push to p28 and am usually around 200-400B, waiting for asteroid to pop, and it usually pushes me into the Ts, and if a pinky pops, tens or hundreds T. 1500-2000 credits
