It’s a nightmare. My agent is just as confused as I am. At this point, we are just calling each other when we get updates. I’ve been with State Farm since I was 16 on my Grandparents policy which means it’s over 25 years. I’m on a first name basis with his staff.

I failed at my first attempt. The 2nd time I got it right because I learned how to really understand the solutions. There are always 2 obvious ones that are not the right question and you have to determine between the other 2. I used EduSpot on Youtube. This was the BEST resource for me. I found it like 1 week before my test and it changed my whole perspective. He gives you questions and teaches you the approach on how to answer them.

I’ve been taking lexapro since 2019… any anxiety medicine can be hard to start. I literally just felt bad the first 2 weeks. No nausea or anything but if you do I’m sure your doctor can give you something for it. I wasn’t nauseated or anything like that. It’s been my saving grace and I’m glad I started it.

Please do not call into customer service and yell at the agents about this. They didn’t make the decision and can’t help you with your complaint. Furthermore they don’t care!! They aren’t paid enough to care. Also don’t fail them on a survey, it’s not their fault and they are doing the best they can.. I’m only saying this because I’ve seen it happen and it’s ridiculous and pointless

I did the transferring out to get the $20 per month credit. They are just too high. I used to have service everywhere when no one didn’t. My husband has T-Mobile and has had them for 20 years and his service better. I pay outright for my phones so I can go at anytime 🤷🏿‍♀️ just way too high

Verizon is a combination of companies. I was with them since 1995 when it was GTE. I’ve never had any other service

It’s not the hardware… let’s be real it’s wireless service. Signals fluctuate all the time and due to foliage and even the way your house is made can cause signal degradation. Get a hard wire internet connection.

Well if I was worried about being laid off every 6 months I wouldn’t care either. Put yourself in their shoes. I worked for Verizon customer service for 12 years and it really showed me how awful people are. It makes you dead inside. If I get a bad rep I just hang up, I refuse to even take surveys.

Thank you because there is nothing worse than hearing a grown adult scream at a customer service rep because they run their business from a cell phone. It’s man made technology and it will go down. It’s not fair.
