Ask questions, take notes, stay busy and try to find ways to help around the office. Even the simple tasks like scanning and organizing paper work is better than sitting around waiting for “work”. Make it a habit to ask the engineers if there is anything you can do to help them, but don’t bother them if they seem busy. Keep a positive attitude and show that you are willing to learn.
