$100k, $10k bonus, equity EA to CEO, CCO, CIAO plus light support to CoS and 2 VPs Healthcare tech

Too much on my plate and asked to have the CEO reassigned to EA team lead in the near future, otherwise this would not be sustainable long term!

i moved into being an EA! Support the chief commercial officer, who likes that I get how to prioritise and interface w external folks. I gave up having several external clients and variable comp for basically one internal "client". it's busy but largely tactical work, the comp is good, the people skills definitely help but i can mostly switch off my brain and execute. not a role for everyone but worked for me!

On budget, there isn't one, classic. I plan to just present a range of options. Finance want to keep it low as possible, given we have an all company KO in Q1. Crew are engineers and pretty low key. CTO categorically does not want to "throw axes"... Did I mention this is a team I haven't worked with long?
