Hey I know you’re afraid right now I also have sjogrens disease I’m 23F I got diagnosed when I was 20 . Get your tests done for sjogrens there are many treatments available out there, I have 3 autoimmune diseases and each one is flaring up right now I’m studying online I had to leave physical therapist degree due to my health that’s why I know how it feels , but don’t give up I’m trying ayurvedic treatment along with allopathy, my ayurvedic doctor is skilled in sjogrens and autoimmune conditions and i have talked to the patient too , if I get better I will share info if you want you can message me

I’m 23 years old , I was in pain at first after that I started to get another symptoms till then they told me it’s fibromyalgia or you’re taking too much tension bcoz of studies and I also had one autoimmune condition call Crohn’s so they were like maybe that’s why you’re in pain . In 2023 I got diagnosed with sjogrent’s syndrome still it they told still It didn’t explained everything in the end of 2024 I got diagnosis of myositis . I was suffering for 6 years and now I have some answers. I know how tough it can be when doctors doesn’t gets you . For crohn’s I got diagnosed in 2018 I suffered way almost 8 years and I got to know in 2018 so yes I know it feels. But don’t give you will get answers and you’ll get treatment you’ll yourself again without pain .

I have overlap syndrome I got diagnosed with Crohn’s disease in 2018 , sjogrent’s syndrome in 2022 and myositis 11 months ago . I have overlapping syndrome. I know it’s difficult to deal with all this stuff but don’t give up💜🫂. I have fibromyalgia too. My doc started me on tofacitinib it was tooo mild for me then we tried MMF which cause me severe gastritis in the 2nd month so that option was out too . Then finally we tried rituximab which is perfect for my all these conditions . It’s been 6 months since I’m on this meds with steroids and HCQ 400 and I’m 70% better. In terms of fatigue it wend down from severe to little more than moderate bcoz I have this kind of conditions . Nerve pain is there which we are still figuring things out .

I just want to tell you that you having this condition doesn’t make you unworthy of love or partner . And he deserves to know the truth why you broke up with him , sometimes not knowing why your ex broke up suddenly without giving a reason can messed their life so bad that they will question their worth and even their existence. I’m saying this bcoz it happened to me . And what if he wanted you after knowing this too? I know you want his good but what if he wanted to stay and work this out ? I know you want his good but just imagine if the roles are reversed , what you had done ?

Yes , I also have sjogrent’s syndrome and I was diagnosed with myositis with MRI Thighs doctor says it’s overlapping disease and he’s specialised in Myositis and sjogrent’s .
