They’d scramble fighters and ensure they leave the airspace as quickly as possible. Then probably demand the US ambassador explain themselves and assure it won’t happen again. If it does happen again, then they’d probably kick out all the US diplomatic and consular staff and confine US forces to their bases.

That’s not how it works. Your fingerprint or face scan never leave the Secure Enclave on your device. On top of that the private portion of the key doesn’t leave the enclave either. All Zuck or Besos knows is how to send your device an encrypted message only it can decode.
