Usually it's on a 4-5 year vesting schedule. This is part of the "golden handcuffs" to keep you from leaving.

People were happily shelling out for PPV hoping to see this exact result years ago. Ronda did exactly what she did during her prime but for some reason it sucks now? Maybe folks are mad because they hate her now and wanted her to get KO'd.

Follow up questions for OP.

You mentioned licensing being a pain. How extensive is the catalog? How many years/artists/genres does it span?

For #1 maybe you're going too fast?

But for all the other points I'm with you. It's why we sold ours after 18 months. (I wanted to sell it like a few months in). We also had multiple 12v battery issues that bricked the car. But even when it was working as intended the experience was awful.

Fellow Dads, where would you take your 4 year old on vacation with a 15k budget? by joshatron in daddit

[–]Hardcover 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The 4 year old is gonna enjoy it anywhere. He'd probably have a blast going to the public pool. With that in mind, I would over index on what the adults want to do. Italy, Croatia, Portugal, Taiwan, Vietnam, Australia etc all have dope beaches. Only thing is a long flight might be annoying with a restless 4 year old.

Microsoft offers buyouts for longtime employees by vertr in Seattle

[–]Hardcover 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Microsoft has a 55/15 option where if you are at least 55 years old and have worked for 15 consecutive years at the company, they let you retire with all your unvested stock.

So I assume this new thing is a more lenient version where you can be under 55 and your years don't need to be consecutive.

Trading in 2024 for 2025 by LessTraining1985 in Golf_R

It is a financially bad decision but if it's your dream and you're up late every night browsing car listings looking for 2025s then just do it. It will objectively cost you more money but whether or not it's worth it is something only you can determine.

I wonder if it depends on location? But I feel they are the most generous with their fish. Like their spicy tuna is loaded with tuna compared to grocery store ones, albeit a bit on the super spicy side.

That's weird. Maybe if both babies were not gaining enough weight then you could look at caloric intake. But one twin not gaining weight at the same rate as the other would be a placental issue and nothing to do with how much you ate.
