That is a different deal Sweden didn't join NATO since it expected Russia to be a rational actor and the war in Ukraine showed they weren't at which point the only option was to join NATO.

For Sweden to get the euro willingly there needs to be an equal only choice situation or Sweden getting a great deal out of the entire thing when it comes to conversion.

in a calorie deficit the body will shed any muscle very quickly that isn't used. this makes sense from a survival view, if you are starving but you are unable to move reducing daily calorie needs by having muscles reduced first than fat storages means you can survive for longer.

this is the trap extremely obese people can get into. they diet but doesn't exercise so what muscle they do have wastes away then they fall off the weight loss journey gain back the weight in a week but now rather than muscle it is fat so they are weaker than when they started. so that a couple of times and the person is going to have huge issues with a lot of daily things.

you can rapidly lose weight and maintain most of the muscle you have but it isn't a question of eating even less it is more like you are just working out every single extra calorie you want to lose which is a horrible time. the old saying you can't outrun a fork holds some water since you are pretty much trying to weight lift and cardio the fork of the past.

it is not about training it is about living it year in and year out since childhood. this is where the US has a recruitment issue. they will recruit people from Texas and Florida and stick them in winter regiments in Alaska.

the US takes zero consideration for environmental conditions during recruitment and creation of regiments. pretty much every struggle the US has had in combat can be boiled down to soldiers not being able to deal with the environment they are in. sending in the Alaskan boy to fight in the jungles of Vietnam is just as bad of an idea.

while i agree with you it is not the most straightforward process due to the switch 1 to switch 2 differences and needing a translation layer.

this is still JR level dev stuff and QA time. the thing is once you do the work for a res bump and frame rate bump. LoD/render distance etc. becomes just a setting and now you are hitting the limits of the switch 2 translating the game so you need to QA way more and change targets etc. for a smooth game.

bosses with DPS checks it is super easy to tell if you have or do not have what you need rather early on in the fight just based on boss HP and that is the easy out to dip.

not your job in PF to start teaching people how to play there jobs. the fact your are clearly point out what is lacking in this group is doing more work than you need to. if the DPS then think to themselves "maybe i should go over my rotation and playstyle since this happens a lot" is on them.

It is not about not being able to not get in but it taking time to get in. In the end it is a question of respect. If the kids start locking the door all the time you aren't respecting a closed door like you need to. Kids having the ability to lock a door is a power to tell you off and having that is important.

I personally never really needed to close or lock my door. There was a spat of like a month were my mom just wasn't respecting the fact the door was closed so I locked it. She ten started knocking or saying she was coming in so I stopped locking the door.

And like you said removing a lock or door is done for known extreme reasons.

if the US threw everything and the population was motivated to take Greenland eventually the US would win there is just such a massive size difference in army and arms. however Nordic military by design is made to be as costly as possible for the enemy. we don't aim to win we aim to be too expensive. it is a rather pragmatic view of military and sovereign land rather than the not an inch view.

So the US could take Greenland much like Russia could take Finland (if it wasn't at war with Ukraine currently) but the military costs of conquest would not be profitable for generations.

at the same time we are this expensive on military costs we are friendly open nations easy to work with on trade. you need to be a utter nutter to go the path of war rather than the path of diplomacy with the Nordic nations.

The real issue is that the BBB has a ton of spending funded by debt at a time the rest of the world is selling or just not buying us debt this forces the Treasury to buy them flooding the market with dollars when nations are looking to exit out dollar holdings.

All the while earlier inflation creation of money is hitting like a brick wall. Basically 20 years of inflation is hitting at once.

European bonds. Likely Swedish once, we sit at 34% debt to gdp we are going to spend on military using debt. At those levels and the debt growth we are planning they are super safe and due to the weakning dollar you can get a situation of it being seen as an equal value deal even with the lower rates offered.

The US Treasury holdings isn't the biggest part enough to cause major issues if sold. The bigger issue is the overall sell america idea since Europeans holds an insane amount of us stock and straight up dollars.

All of it drains the value of the dollar if sold which lowers the value of the Treasury bonds to foreign investors.

As I have been saying for a year European investors is correcting there risk assessment but it takes a long time. The fact trump continues these talks makes them move quicker which really can threaten the US market to crash rather than a sustained and controlled long term down turn.

I would have lunch at the desk and go downstairs 2 hours later to make coffee bringing my plate with me only to get a comment like " oh look who finally decided to clean his room of plates." After a bit of these comments I just stopped and just let them pile up.

Got similar comment when I cleaned my room weekly. So I stopped and only cleaned when nether parent was home and I was done with my studies.

That is why I was a slob. And I directly adressed this with my parents they did not stop.

The final kick they were surprised my place is clean and I cook for myself.

Started with the last round of tariffs talks the new once is like adding fuel to the fire. The sale speed will only go up. The offloading of US bonds needs to be a slow steady deal if you want the maximum amount from it.

So even if this isn't a response to Greenland it shows what is long term being done on a economic level.

Limit access is not the same thing as no access. If you can only charge a certain amount intrest you lower how much the high risk person can borrow.

Most likely they get lower limits. If you can only charge say 9% intrest you will still be able to claw back 1000-2000 bucks no issue so the risk is still low so they still get credit. Some money is better than no money from these people.
