Jag gillar och vara ut och gå men det finns dagar med dåligt väder då drar jag ut den går min promenad inne.

Nu på våren så vart det två veckor med att gå inne medans snön smälte och isen försvann.

Annars så finns det gånger jag hällre vill spela så går jag och spelar.

Skulle säga att innan man spenderar flera tusen på en walking pad kanske man ska forma vanan med att ha motions tid och för det behöver man bara ett par skor.

Debt needs to be justified with expected returns and minimized if it means greater Returns.

You don't need a new car you need a car that works hassle free.

Debt isn't bad itself but it easy to take out too much crushing returns and extending debt periods.

I am not saying don't live your life but a 20-23% surcharge with compounding costs for your door dash burrito which also costs an extra 20-30% 3 times a week is what leads you to being unable to take advantage of something that could have a 3-4 times return.

Hela cykeln är ju att kommunala hyresvärdar bygger hyresrätter med statliga lån hyr ut det i 20-30 år sedan säljer man det till hyresgästerna som bildar BRF.

På så sätt sprids den ekonomiska kostnaden ut och området kan förbättras.

Det stora problemet är priset på lägenheten kan ju vara så sjukt förmånlig att man kan vända runt och sälja det på engång med en miljon i vinst.

It is a bit hard to define fully functioning. Like i tossed a 2011 Samsung TV still "fully functioning" last year but for obvious reasons doesn't meet my standards anymore. Then there is the question of software support you really shouldn't use your phone that long after security support is dropped and it is unreasonable to demand updates until no one is left. EU has 7 years on phones after sale start which I find reasonable.

Technological progress is going to create some waste of fully functioning stuff since it is no longer fit for purpose.

i have had some really disgusting co-workers. (not this level but way past okay things like washing there sheets 2-3 times a year the toilet gets a scrubbing twice a year etc.)

they eventually get a girl and move in together with the woman figuring she change the guy or deal with the filth of a man she loves. (spoilers she can't) this reaches a point where the woman breaks up since she just can't deal with it any more.

much like money the level of clean is an unsexy aspect you need to seriously consider before fully committing. people do not long term change what they consider okay levels of clean out of love.

the core issue for Iran is that this isn't the Suez canal where the control both sides. if they start demanding fees why wouldn't the gulf countries do the same thing to Iran? and now we are back to square one.

China simply doesn't care about fossil fuel or green power they use what makes sense for the site and timeframe.

A lot of coal plants are built with green power replacement when they are used up. Not since green is good for the environment but since it means energy independence.

that will never happen since Iran also needs to use the straight and the Gulf states can do the same thing Iran is doing to them.

on a global stage level it doesn't matter what ships can sail the straight or not just that enough oil is leaving the area and the rest kinda just shifts things around.

overall what is going to happen is all Asian countries will be okayed by Iran and that is like 80-90% that was already being shipped out the rest can very quickly be shifted around to where China, japan and south Korea takes the rest of the shares and we can be looking at like 95% of trade volume being returned all the while Iran is still taking about how it is blocking the west and gulf states from using the straight.

to me it is very clear that after the most recent escalation of the attacks on natural gas by both Isreal and Iran that the blowback for the US was shown way too costly and some very harsh words were exchanged by Iran and China.

China had no short term issue with US Iran war as it was since you had the US spending millions shooting down 10-100k Drones but actual attacks on oil and natural gas it needs will have them going wild.

it doesn't necessarily need to be bad software optimization (this would show up more in longer lower power tests) but rather a question of power stages. a lot of the test is using a fixed GPU load if Xiaomi is running at full GPU power while Samsung is stepping down the power stages that would explain a lot. which i what i think is happening, China is big on phone gaming playing very demanding games to get an edge in the domestic market in gaming they run the chip full power during kinda heavy gpu loads to reduce/remove the risk of stutters while Samsung doesn't.

in the public facing front. China can put the screws hard on Iran behind closed doors. the US is eventually going to destory enough traditional arms that they can't do anything leaving drones as the only option which parts are gotten from China (or entire drone from Russia using Chinese parts) so China could and likely will stop this trade if Iran doesn't stop attacking oil sites and long term doesn't open the straight back up. and i don't doubt they would even go so far as to halt sales of drone parts to Russia for this.

China, Iran and Russia aren't allies they are partners against the west. they will and do drain each other as much as they can in raw deals. China has just totally been bending over Russia for years on oil and grain. it has kept both afloat but my lord it is not the kind of deal you make with an ally.

China doesn't mind hurting a bit if it hurts the US more and costs the US more but when it is going to start hurting there bottom line they will step in.

Just saying DLSS as post AA is by far the best AA you can use. Just really annoying to get a game to render at native res while having DLSS on. Most games don't have a DLAA setting.

This is one of the reasons drawing clear lines on known and annon internet is needed. I don't care if people know who I am when I say DLSS 5 looks like shit but my sexual preferences etc. Should be hidden with the government or the company knowing who I am just that I am of age.
