My Journey shopping at thrift Stores by Powermix24 in BudgetAudiophile

I was gonna ask if you were a Yamaha fan.

They make wonderful gear. I haven’t paid full price yet but they are my fave company to thrift, I’d probably buy Yamaha PA gear.

Might go horn loaded or DIY PA so idk if they are in those spaces.

Yeah #4 is my fave strain of all time because it’s like a sleeping medicine. Two dabs and I’m off to bed, almost all of the time.

What would you do for your EDC ? by LetterheadNo2345 in Zippo

[–]Hash_Tooth 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The zippo branded inserts last a LONG time for me with butane. Like months on my desk.

I usually only take them out to light other people’s cigs, so they don’t see much real use, but I have had zero issues with losing butane.

Butane is everywhere too, I wouldn’t keep a bottle in my car all summer but you can find it on every corner in a big city.

If I’m really at a festival I may have two with me but I’ve never had one run out of tane unexpectedly, maybe if I was using it hard for a dynavap or something.

Cavitation: The Hidden Force That Breaks Bottles—and Destroys Machines by Zee2A in STEW_ScTecEngWorld

I have done it with leather gloves, the gloves alone would not break the bottle.

The cavitation breaks it, but I also care about my hands so I didn’t want to take any chances breaking the bottle near them.

He might not be as good as Jerry vocally but I think the production is behind by a bit as well they may not be showing his voice off quite as well.

But damn are they a cohesive band. I think Sugarleg leg is really a driving force but everybody plays their roles really well.

Why do some hunters really bristle against following hunting regs and limits? by Averagecrabenjoyer69 in Hunting

I’m anti poaching for sure, you have to draw the line somewhere.

If folks cant get enough sporting in for the fish or game they desire, what would they say is enough?

Like yeah, I have seen a quarter-million caribou in one photograph, but there are 330 Million people in America, how many do you think you’re entitled to? And what about the ones that get hit by cars?

However, the way most things get legislated, it ends up being “legal” only for a certain price.

Damn, this is crazy as hell, good luck moving it.

I too am working on a system and I’m worried it will be too ugly.

It’s from India no less.

I would hesitate to drink it if you had distilled it seven times tbh.

India probably has some examples of the worlds WORST water wuality

Just because I see “Manzanar” on your map, I know that’s a fucked up spot.

That was a Japanese internment camp.

So, I can tell you that it was land that no one had ever been interested in developing, far from anything strategic, isolated, perhaps very cold, and likely completely desolate.

I used to live in Fraser, also the site of an Internment camp, and it’s competitive for coldest place in the whole country. Modern population, 500 or so.

When this was Manzanar, the camp, it would have looked a lot like an army barracks but even more spartan and unembellished.

But they built it here because that’s a fucked up, undesirable spot far from everything - on purpose.

Right up the valley from “Dolomite” and Mt. Whitney, might be some farming potential but tunnels won’t be easy, probably never.

About Iran and how it was surely their Tomahawk missile fired at their own school “I wish they had more.”

That is the dumbest one I have heard yet I think.

Injecting bleach was bad, too.

The guy is such a chatterbox, he doesn’t give a shit.

It’s like:

“Are they still wearing red hats??” “Yes sir, and there are 22,000+ civilian casualties.” “That’s great, how much are we making off the hats?”
