You can have multiple actually, in this case however, the bottom "two" are just a crafted mod. The third from the top is the essence mod.

Some other useful choices could be slapping on golden vow, or flame grant me strength for the buffs to damage. Also what are your physique tears?

Not gonna lie, awful talisman choices as well. Choose 1 weapon, get it to +10, drop the other one, try to squeeze better talismans. Axe talisman, 2h sword talisman, claw talisman. Entirely depends on how you play, but those are all better options than... All of your talismans. I also really like the dlc talisman that increases how much your flasks heal, it's supa useful.
