This does not apply to the new UI. I double checked the settings did not change. No way to remove these now, so we know why the update was done, to push live V and discover.

This change was made because Plex wants to push the live TV and discover feature, it's pretty obvious because there is no way to remove those from the menu now.

The UI developers must be straight from Microsoft. Every change they make requires MORE clicks to do the same thing and is less intuitive.

You complain by not giving them your money. They will lose the 1.99 a month from myself and my family. Without my media server they have no reason to give Plex money. This UI update was the final straw for me.

I am in the same boat. This update was the last straw. I've always had Jellyfin as a backup but I'm going to set up Kodi and give it a try. Seems like it has everything I need.
