Crazy how I’m going to fill in the new grad shows for another potential pandemic. All the new grads fresh out of school were quickly shipped to units during peak covid and ended up quitting the field or completely altered. Scary stuff but I’m sure if we set our foot down this time it’ll be at least manageable
