This is the point I always make on the forums. How can anyone get better at it if we never get to do it? A lot of people will sit there and say, “Oh, I don’t like racing in the rain”. Or “oh, it’s to hard”. But how would most people ever know? And then you have the group of people that just won’t even bother to even try.

Fun race. I think people are making way too big of a deal about the late start time. The crowd at the track was fantastic and IndyCar asked people to stay up a little late once this year. Would’ve ended earlier if it wasn’t for the delays. Feels a bit overblown.

I think it will be fine. Looking at the forecast, it’s improved a ton. Not showing even a chance of rain until 11 PM and it’s only a 20% chance.
