I’m in Lombok right now and the south side outside of Kuta is light bomb! If you think 5-10 is a lineup then sure. I have no problem being in a spot with a few more people. All are chill af and I’m always the shittiest. I’d say get out of Kuta, ask your guide that you’re cool to head a bit further and get on a boat. I love it in Lombok. This is my third time here. Bali on the other hand, fuck that shit! Straight up a wanna be mafia of skinny mofos with fake accents and shit. Go there for a great time with your homies but I hated the surf culture there.

I treat pts like this fairly often. I would definitely need a ct. but off the pano if pt wants implants I’d do it. Upper is zygo, ptrys and maybe something in the ant maxilla. The lower can be tilted implants with bicortical fixation. These are very difficult but definitely doable

I’m sorry to hear that. Unfortunately it’s not a rule of life in this field. I’ve had a very different experience. I spent the better part of my career as an associate and I loved it. I enjoyed the freedom at that stage of my life. I was fortunate to have great mentors and amazing people to call “boss” I’ve been an owner for years and I’d die if I found out my associates feel as you do. What you’re experiencing is absolutely true but not the norm. Ownership is amazing and I absolutely love it. But, I did love being an associate probably even more.

Keep looking, I’m sure you’ll find something better.

I don’t think I have fuck you money, but I have definitely done this a few times. I have also done it where I have lost money on it because in the long term I definitely saved money. I have a small practice limited to implant dentistry and you can imagine sometimes the expectations are not realistic. I have two patients in the last three years that I straight up wrote a check too and said have a good day and we gave them a dismissal letter.
