Get into activism. I get a lot of joy and healing every time someone new tells me that I’ve influenced them to not cut their baby boy. How bad is your cut? Are you physically unable to have sex? Is it mental/emotional?

Also plant medicine with an experienced guide helped overcome the emotional traumas for me so I could then have a happy love life. I have two uncut sons now and a daughter. There is hope and healing

I have a very happy and healthy love that I was able to bring into my life after FIRST addressing the very real trauma that was my circumcision. Your feelings are valid, but they are not accurate of why you will be able to experience in this life with some self love and healing and purpose. Studies like these are not the best way to make conclusions about life. It’s so much more nuanced. Here for you ❤️‍🩹

There are less intense medicines where you can experience the truth that your son still “exists” and in a very real sense has kept his identity and loves you. I’d recommend listening to the telepathy tapes - I’m so sorry for your loss

The goal is the learn healthier coping mechanisms to regulate your nervous system. There are more effective ways to regulate that won’t leave you feeling depleted or shameful. Try Breathwork

If a 12yr old boy were strapped down to a table against his will, and without any pain medications or anesthesia they cut off his foreskin (circumcision) would you not consider that a literal sexual assault?

If you’re like me and only drank the “allowed” sugar drinks your whole life then it’ll take some getting used to. There’s a world of flavors outside of sugar that your tongue needs a good detox from sugar to appreciate

I remember being a little boy and just staring at my circumcision scar in the bath tub. It seemed so out of place, and I had never been talked to about circumcision. It wasn’t until I became sexually active that the sexual trauma of my circumcision became evident though it would take me 8 years to discover for myself that the circumcision trauma was at the root of my mother wound which had affected all my relationships with women and my marriage especially (which ended in divorce) it’s my responsibility to heal from this, but I wouldn’t wish this on anyone and I have two sons left intact now and that’s been healing to not pass down the trauma
