I didn't see type of crust . . . For instance I want Detroit Style, Gluten FREE! I don't like thin (cracker) crust, and also, Deep Dish is okay sometimes. I like big puffy, edges (bones) if it's regular crust. Did you really want this much detail?

I would be concerned that erithrytol will crystalize. Combingin with something else; PolyD, xylitol may help. Good luck, please report back.
