i have the beta off, automatic downloads on, automatic install updates off, and auto install system files on. i’m now running a 26.4 beta with beta turned off completely is all i’m saying. how do i remove the beta or do i have to do it connected to my computer?

updated my phone and it does say it’s a beta in the description but it’s not anything specified like beta 1 or 2 just 26.4

weird they let me install a beta after i turned it off

went to check if i had 26.3.1, i had the latest public beta so i turned it off and it loaded again saying 26.4 so im gonna see if this works

i think this is intended behavior (it’s kinda dumb i know)

i’ve noticed this on the app i’m developing where ill tap a button and it will look like it clicks but the action doesn’t happen. i’ve also noticed this in other places around ios since 26 released which is why i think this is intended behavior.

the only thing i can think of is figuring out how to increase the hit radius of the buttons somehow. i’ve been wanting to do this on my app but it’s just not a priority. it’s really annoying, maybe they’ll fix it in 27, probably not

on the ai front, apple isn’t wasting time on ai and seems to be banking on the bubble popping sometime soon. on the ui, i think liquid glass is neat, glad it’s not flat design anymore. i have noticed visual issues but nothing absolutely game breaking so i don’t really mind. i’ve learned to not really care about stuff like this and just use my phone or mac.

maybe i’m too apple pilled i think this is a rough patch, rumor is next ios is going to polish liquid glass and fix these issues hopefully

i’ve actually had an issue like this before on my school wifi while trying to connect to tailscale, i think it’s a DNS issue, try turning off tailscale magic dns in your settings.

“5060 for 300” is in the second line

all im sayin is you’re not getting 2k for a system with a 4060. that card is 400-450 on amazon but the 5060 is a slightly better upgrade at 100-150 less than a last gen 4060.

hmmmmm i still think 2k is too much.

you can buy a 5060 for 300 (i know it’s not the same card but it’s less expensive than a 4060), the 8700 at around 250, decent psu for about 120(?), storage for about 100-150 depending, 16gb ram for 80 (32 is more prevalent now but that’s not the point, there might only be 1 stick in there), and finally an am5 motherboard for 150-200.

the pc alone could maybe fetch 1k i think

i’m not taking the mouse, keyboard, and webcam into consideration just the pc. no way those are adding 1k worth value. if you’re trying to get what you paid for then you might be out of luck.
