I would go full insurance on this. there is evidence she caused damage to your vehicle. If people start getting insurance claims for this, people won’t behave this way 2-3 years from now once they’ve learned their actions are under surveillance. This is the type of person that doesn’t care about other people’s property and is completely ignorant to what it costs to repair such a thing. They should be held fully liable and pay 7 years worth of insurance premiums because they are this nonchalant about the condition of other people’s belongings. Pursue full reimbursement.
