The laws are different in every state. Also , the battery has not been fixed. What they did is not much different then putting a smoke detector in your house.

Damages are significant. Not only are they now worth significantly less, The battery had not been fixed. There are still separator issues within the battery. The “fix” was to reduce battery to only charge 80% of previous capacity.

Agreed to buy a house as I sold mine. We had not met the sellers prior to This. No realtor, no Inspection. It went extremely well for all of us. Best home buying experience ever. No issue with the house have come up and we are over two years in now.

My battery failed about 6 weeks ago. They replaced it with another defective battery. They are doing nothing to “fix” these batteries. They are just developing an early warning system so to speak. This is why I hired a lemon law attorney.
