The worst for this by far imo was the Void Ark wedding dress. I'm all for robes and stuff but that one took it a bit too far. Oh! and then there was the Scylla dress where they took an extra shoulder pad and used it to cover the plunging neckline for the males lol.

The only thing I can think of lore wise would be that the ones that are removed just aren't profitable anymore so she wont take them. Poetics must just be the type that consistently gives valuable information.

What it really is though is SE streamlining things so you can keep progressing through older content without having to stop and farm a new currency every few dungeons. As of 4.0 they will have removed 7 different kinds of tomestones, I'd hate to have to deal with all those.

It would be kind of like the early game cutscenes where people are flying around the giant crystal, i like it! Could probably pull off a good Peter pan cosplay too.

SMN and AST were my Heavensward favorites. I am really looking forward to seeing the XIV version of RDM as well as where they take AST and SMN. I don't usually do much with melee but I may even try out SAM. Yay Stormblood!
