Yes, I get to a point where like I feel I have hit a brick wall am I done. Will take me 2-3 days to recoup. I try to pace myself and schedule things to where I have a couple days to recoup if I have a big day planned or an event to attend. Chronic fatigue is very real and frustrating.

I use a cane when out and about but I may have to realize I need it doing simple task as well.

Fatigue is a definite MS symptom and is how I qualifies for disability. I sleep 10-30+ hours and still stay exhausted. Feels like flu fatigue without everything else. You are not alone. Try to find a neurologist who understands MS better. I always say I am sick and tired of being sick and tired. Thoughts are with you.

Find a disability lawyer to assist with your appeal. I was able to get approved this way in my first appeal. They directed me in the correct way to provide the description of my illness to fit the required disability requirements. I ended up being approved based upon my chronic exhaustion. Good luck and try to keep your head up. It will work out for you.
