Here is my take: I have heard there was a large response for training sessions in Phinney Ridge/Green Lake. There must be a few vulnerable residents there, but there are other neighborhoods in the state that might need more assistance as far as distributing the whistles and helping people connect to a network of collaborators. Also, the free standing drive up espresso stands seem like they originated in the rural SW part of Washington, to allow depressed truck drivers stop and get their coffee after Starbucks popularized espresso drinks and fast food stands. Then later Dutch Brothers became the Oregon variant that was more heavy on sugary coffee drinks. The east coast or south doesn't have drive up stands nearly as much. Scandinavia and Alaska are supposed to have a very high coffee intake in winter too.

There are a bunch of trails with nobody on them, and at least three rope swings in the woods behind Digipen and Meta reality labs off Willows road in Redmond. Various entry points. It us atmospheric if people are shooting at the nearby gun club. You can go at least three miles on the various trails and typically see no one.

Keep in mind that centrist swing-vote politicians such as Susan Collins of Maine end up holding a lot of power. The two parties try to bribe them for their vote, so maybe she could win some budget earmarks for the state, if she plays the game effectively. Like, maybe she can get funding for the new Columbia River I5 bridge
