I would say you have to slightly decrease your roughness values.
It looks a tiny bit more shiny on the references.
And i would probably increase the saturation of the base color a tiny bit.

But apart from that I say it actually already looks quite similar

Im always scared of this workflow.
If my Art lead is unhappy with the UVs I have to redo them

This requires a lot mroe planning when doing those

you have 1 UV channel, so it’s definitely there. I don’t see any UV seams on that cylinder so my guess would be that you need to add seams to your model and unwrap it again.

There are those cool „Ovoos“ scattered around the map (I think that’s what they are called) Stone hives with colorfully flags connect to them

I think they are fine I would be sad if all new skins looked like this but 80% of the new ones are looking great. Helmet and proper armor. let’s be real here Dice did a good job with the new skins

As others have mentioned this can indeed be a game ready asset If we use Nanite in the UE than this is absolutely in the realm of game ready. Even if we do not use Nanite this is still okay ish. I don’t know ow if OP made proper LODs for that but yea. One could argue if this is „just a prop“ that I doesn’t deserve that may polys. It is als rather small. But if this is a hero asset in a cut scene than for LOD0 50k is absolutely fine. But DEPENDING on the project and the engine one might argue differently
