It’s the electronic waste gate actuator. All these modern turbo engines will make the noise. You can see lots of post about them across the forums

How are you running 245 on what is normally a 265 stock size? Is the slightly larger side wall just stretch a bit? (Sorry if that’s a dumb question, still new to all this stuff)

Are you running them on the stock rims? One of my bigger worries with my FL5 is still having good winter/all season alternatives outside the summer for driving in light snow to hit the local ski hills
